Grape Crush Wrought Hunter

With its 1095 core and wrought jacket, this Grape Crush Hunter is a real eye-pleaser. 

Handcrafted and dressed in purple stabilized Manitoba Maple scales that are secured by four 3/16" black micarta pins and two 1/8" bronze pins, this knife measures 11" and weighs 325 grams.

The wrought was sourced in Dominion City, Manitoba from an antique wagon wheel.

Etched in Ferric Chloride to reveal the grain and darken the 1095 core.

***During the quench the blade suffered from a crack in the core of the handle. A portion of it was ground out and welded to ensure structural integrity.***
