Rivière Oiseau - French Chef Knife - Zebra Wood

Another Manitoba gem, the Bird River or Rivière Oiseau is a popular canoe route for those wanting a jaunt into the woods for a weekend getaway or longer. Explored by Pelletier after his time with the RCMP in the Yukon during the gold rush. He hoped to find his own riches up this way. 

This satin-finished full-tang 8" French Chef Knife is dressed in zebra wood scales and is adorned with a 5/16" mosaic pin.
