Beaver Creek Cleaver - Blue Canvas Micarta & Pau Ferro
Beaver Creek Cleaver - Blue Canvas Micarta & Pau Ferro
Made to Dominate the Serbian Cleaver
Dear to my heart, Beaver Creek is the gateway to Saxton Lake, Okimaw and Kikaki Lake. These places were the source of my first backwood adventures. This knife is inspired by the beauty of the wilderness of these places making it an essential tool for preparing meals in the great outdoors.
Materials
♻️ Earth-friendly. The 1080 series steel has unique and distinctive character that, with use will develop a patina creating a one-of-a-kind look that reflects its rugged origins.
Made from steel recycled from sawmill blades, the BCC's carbon steel is hard and has a long-lasting cutting edge. Its sweeping blade is counterbalanced by a large butt to provide balance. The BCC is forward weighted giving it a powerful feel that isn't heavy.
Design
The curve of the blade makes the BCC an excellent all-around knife. From dicing onions to cutting noodles, the large blade is great for on-the-fly cooking when the hot pan is waiting for its next ingredient. Its sharp and sturdy blade ensures precision slicing and chopping.
The handle of the Beaver Creek is made from a beautiful bocote. Its natural wood grain adds to the knife's rustic charm and complements the recycled steel blade. Custom options are also available.
The use of recycled steel in the Beaver Creek adds to its unique character and speaks to its environmental consciousness. With a bit of extra attention and care, this cleaver will continue to patina beautifully over time, making it a cherished addition to any kitchen or camping kit.
Whether cooking a meal on an open fire or in the comfort of your home, the Beaver Creek cleaver is the perfect companion for any cooking adventure. Its rugged durability, natural beauty, and eco-friendly design make it a must-have for any outdoor enthusiast or home cook.
