Sleek and Sexy Japanese Aesthetic

Do you know what's better than steak? No? Me neither.

Materials

Sold as a set of four, the blades of the gyuniku steak knives are made from AEB-L surgical stainless steel. The handles are made G10, a super tough composite material.

Design

Inspired by a Japanese petty knife, trimmed down and refined for table use, the combination of AEBL-L, G10 and Japanese aesthetic make for a sleek and sexy knife.

Perfect for everyday use or special occasions. Heck! Bring a gyuniku to the Keg and impress everyone at the restaurant.

Colourways

Available in custom colourways but also, Swallow Tail Butterfly (Black/Yellows,) and Leopard Frog (Back/Greens) 💥 Coloured lines will be on the left side of the knife, like the green knife for a face-up table setting.

It only takes a click to have them in your shopping cart!

Burns, Blades & Banter

Making knives from stainless steel requires specialized heat treatment methods and equipment. The blades of the gyuniku are first coated in ATP-641 to create a barrier so that oxygen cannot reach the steel when heated to 1950'f where the oxygen would leech out carbon and oxidize the steel. The blade is then quenched for it to become hard and then tempered to increase the toughness of the steel.

Let's impress our guests at our next steak dinner.
